Get tracking code (SAORG code)

Issuance of a study visa (study visa)
- Initial admission approval for international students
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​- Obtaining the required clearance through the SAORG system
- Submission of the student visa application by the Consular Affairs Office based on the information uploaded to the SAORG system
- Notification of student visa issuance via email to the applicant
- Collection of the original student visa, bearing the official seal and signature, by the international student from the designated consular office in the city specified in the student's application form

Residence permission
- Issuance of a residence permit
- Submission of the original passport to the Consular Affairs Office
- Submission of the original visa bearing the entry stamp to the Consular Affairs Office
- Submission of the original Hayat-e Aman insurance certificate to the Consular Affairs Office ​​​​​​​
- Submission of the Certificate of Enrollment form
- Upon registration of the residence permit in the passport, issuance of an introduction letter for obtaining a unique 10-digit identification code, which is required for accessing services such as banking, SIM card registration, and telecommunications services

Residence permit extension ​​​​​​​
- Submission of the student's original passport to the Consular Affairs Office at least one month prior to the expiration of the residence permit
- Submission of a valid Certificate of Enrollment
- Submission of the original Hayat-e Aman insurance certificate to the Consular Affairs Office

Definite departure and departure and return
- Submission of the passport for uploading the first page of the passport and the residence permit page to the SAORG system
-Submission of a valid Certificate of Enrollment
- Submission of the thesis/dissertation defense approval report for the issuance of a final exit permit request
- Submission of the Financial Affairs Clearance Certificate and the original passport for processing the final exit permit request

Transfer of Residence
- Obtaining a new passport by the student upon expiration of the previous passport
- Submission of both the new and expired passports by the international student to the Consular Affairs Office
- Forwarding the submitted passports to the Police Authority by the Consular Affairs Office through an official letter

Internal Departure
- Student transfer within the same academic level is not permitted
- A transfer may be considered only if it is from one academic level to a higher academic level
- If the student's residence status in the SAORG system has not been canceled, the transfer may be approved subject to the consent of the Student Affairs Organization
