About the International Scientific Cooperation Management

     The International Scientific Cooperation of the University of Mazandaran has been established and started its activities since mid-2001 with the aim of organizing, developing and deepening the scientific, research and educational interactions of the university in regional and international arenas. As a specialized authority for planning, coordinating and supervising the international activities of the university, this management is responsible for the guiding and strategic mission of the university's cross-border scientific relations.
The International Scientific Cooperation Management of the university, by adopting an approach based on scientific diplomacy, pursues the targeted use of the university's scientific and research capacities in order to develop bilateral and multilateral cooperation with universities, higher education institutions and reputable research centers around the world. Planning and following up to attract the maximum number of international students, establishing contacts and following up to conclude cooperation agreements with reputable foreign universities and research centers, surveying existing capacities and facilitating the implementation of international scientific and educational programs, facilitating study opportunities, exchanging faculty members, and coordinating the university's presence in international scientific forums and events are among the main duties and functions of this management. The Management of International Scientific Cooperation of the University of Mazandaran, with its emphasis on promoting the university's scientific position in the higher education system and expanding scientific interactions based on mutual respect and cultural diversity, takes steps towards realizing the university's internationalization strategy and strives to pave the way for the university's sustainable development and effective presence in the international arena.
